First week of The World Race is done! I can’t believe it! This has been one of the longest weeks ever, but it flew by at the same time. It has been one of the the most challenging weeks, but has also been so rewarding and there is no denying that this is where I’m supposed to be.

This has been my first week in Gainesville, Georgia for training camp! Starting to live with 38 other people has been so fun. There is a maze of tents and hammocks that we call home, lots of learning more about our faith and how to share it with the world, scheduled shower times, bucket washing laundry, worship that has changed our hearts and lots of time debriefing alllll the things.

A normal day has a 7:30 wake up call for devotional time. Breakfast, worship, a teaching session, a squad meeting, lunch, free time, another session and squad meeting, dinner, and end the day with team building exercises!

The Lord has already done so many amazing things. My faith has grown deeper and stronger. It is so cool to be surrounded by people who are on fire for sharing the Good News! I’m learning how to find my rest and strength in the Lord. He has been gently teaching me how to focus on Him and He will provide.

It’s only been a week but I already feel like I’m surrounded by family. I am so excited for the next couple weeks at training camp and looking forward to starting ministry in the states! We leave for Guatemala in October. I know we are all expectant for the incredible things God will do!

Sending hugs from Gainesville!! Dub up!💙
